My work is all about dreams of humans and the painful sides of reality. Mature dreams about a house, vacation, success. Children dreaming about ballet, standing in the spotlight. The reality of the ‘Vinex-neighbourhood’, overcrowded camping sides, stress at work. The concessions that are being made and concealed. The inside universal and uniform is what I find interesting. The truth is the basic assumption, but it’s not all about an objective realistic reproduction; I create the situations myself and like to exaggerate them.
